During the COVID-19 pandemic, the global healthcare system experienced an unprecedented strain and overload. As the importance of testing strategies grew in order to identify and isolate infected individuals promptly, professional testing capacities were often the bottleneck in the fight against the pandemic.

In this challenging period, we were able to swiftly provide doctors through our international network to work alongside a medically trained team to conduct a large-scale COVID testing effort. To operate at maximum efficiency, ensure data privacy, and maintain a high level of hygiene, we developed software for our partner testing centers, including test-point.ch. This allowed us to optimize workflows, establish closed-circle communication, implement simplified internal reporting systems, and ensure data-privacy-compliant real-time delivery of test results, leading to the development of the COV-CHECK24 technical innovation.

We offered medical solutions of the highest technical standard even in times of crisis. Together, we made a contribution to the health of our fellow citizens during this unprecedented pandemic.
